Magenta Security is certified as a Carbon Neutral+ Organisation by Carbon Footprint Ltd, a leading carbon emissions auditing and management organisation. This certification recognises companies that actively measure, reduce and offset their carbon emissions as part of a structured environmental strategy.
While reducing emissions remains our priority, some operational emissions are currently unavoidable. These residual emissions are offset through verified UK tree planting initiatives and international carbon reduction programmes, ensuring our overall operations remain carbon neutral.
To further minimise environmental impact, our electric vehicles are charged using electricity generated by solar panels installed at our head office, enabling many operational journeys to be powered by renewable energy produced on site.
This investment allows Magenta Security to deliver lower-carbon mobile security services while supporting the wider transition to cleaner transport across the UK.
Alongside our electric fleet, Magenta Security continues to reduce the environmental impact of its day-to-day operations. This includes solar-powered infrastructure at our head office, energy-efficient lighting and systems, smart energy management across facilities, digital reporting to reduce paper use, and environmentally responsible procurement practices.

Our Carbon Reduction Plan outlines how Magenta Security measures, manages and reduces carbon emissions across the organisation. While we have already achieved Net Zero operational emissions, the plan sets out how we will continue to reduce our carbon footprint and support the UK Government’s objective of achieving Net Zero by 2050.
This includes the operation of our zero-emission electric vehicle fleet powered by renewable energy generated at our head office, alongside wider initiatives to improve energy efficiency, reduce operational emissions and strengthen sustainable procurement across the business.
